Her passion for Yoga started in 2012, where she attended her first hot Yoga class and fell in love with the practice. Leaving her studies for becoming a personal trainer behind, she dove right into an intensive training to become a certified instructor. Kennedy's passion is to see lives changed through the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual practice of Yoga. Hi, I’m Teliah but you can call me Te (pronounced “Tay”)
I live in the beautiful cascade mountains of WA state with my husband and business partner, Kylon, our unborn baby girl and our dog, Sif.
One of my core values is health and up to this point, everything I have done has revolved around living a healthy life. I believe that being consistent in your daily physical, spiritual, mental and emotional habits is what contributes to a thriving life and home.
I have my Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Wellness with an emphasis on nutrition counseling as well as my 200 E-RYT Yoga Teacher Certification. I have been teaching yoga for over 4 years and I’m currently in the process of taking my 500HR Yoga Teacher Training. In addition to training yogis through Cascade School of Yoga, I own two brick and mortar businesses; Renu Hot Yoga and NUYU Juice Bar.
Cascade School of Yoga came about after I moved up to the mountains full-time and personally found this place to be inspiring and healing. I am excited to share my passion for living a well-balanced life through my practice of yoga and through training future yoga instructors.
